Each Hosted IP PBX Extension has the capability of entering multiple phone numbers (office, cell, home, hotel) into a "Find Me-Follow Me" list.
When the extension is called, if not answered within a specified number of rings, each of the numbers will be called either sequentially,
randomly or according to a schedule which is configurable using the online web portal. Find Me/Follow Me can help lower phone bills
by routing calls to a land line rather than a cell phone when the call can be taken there. It also reduces missed calls and allows calls to
be retrieved while traveling, even out of the country, by entering your foreign cell phone or land line so that calls are never missed. |
